How long will it take to ship my order?

We normally ship within 3 working days of receiving your order. However:

The USPS Priority Mail shipping time has increased to unknowable time frames over the past few months. This makes tracking and delivery times unpredictable. Sometimes 4-5Weeks for delivery. Thank you for understanding.

Do you send an email confirmation when an order is placed?

Yes! Our State-of-The-Art E fully automated order system sends out a confirmation email to the email address used while placing the order.

Will I receive tracking information? If so when?

Yes! Tracking number(s) will be provided the moment we ship your order. They are emailed to the same email address used when placing your order.

What if I did not receive a confirmation or tracking email?

Our system has a 99.9% success rate on sending emails. It's probably time to check the spam folder! If you still cannot find either email, just reach out to us on our Contact Us page and we'll be glad to help.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Due to the increasing regulations and paperwork required, at this time we only ship international orders through our eBay Store.
